About Us 

De Carrier Design Group was created by John De Carrier with a vision of superior design in beautiful surroundings.  De Carrier Design Group is a Real Estate Development company with in-house construction started in 2011.  Since the beginning they have delivered a wide range of real estate projects, from high end single family homes to multi-units.  

They are now looking to build residences that will impress with both their desirable appearances as well as with their immense capacities for comfortable living.  Each project is overseen personally by the company principal John De Carrier, and is designed exclusively with the resident in mind. 

With De Carrier Design Group, each project is crafted with the care and commitment that John puts into his own home, from the tile selection to each light fixture that is chosen. In short, De Carrier Design Group stops at nothing to make every home exceptional. 

The De Carrier Design Group team is proud to be part of the Chicago real estate community with over 20 years of experience.  We are interested in working with investors who would like to participate in residential development projects that will offer an attractive return.  We are open to various forms of investment structures and focus on the relationship, where we can succeed together.
